Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Devonic Holidays, we value our customers and strive to make every travel experience seamless and enjoyable.
We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our partners.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@devonicholiday.com.

  • The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation Period (Before Travel Date) Cancellation Fee
30 days or more 25% of total package cost 
15–29 days 50% of total package cost
7–14 days 75% of total package cost
Less than 7 days / No show 100% of total package cost (No refund)

Please note: Air tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel/resort bookings may be non-refundable as per the supplier’s policy.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Non-Refundable Components

  • Visa fees, insurance, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Promotional, discounted, or last-minute deals are non-refundable once booked.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Date or name changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

  • Amendment charges may apply depending on airline/hotel policies.

6. Company Rights

 

Devonic Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational reasons). In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be offered.
