Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@devonicholiday.com.
The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.

Please note: Air tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel/resort bookings may be non-refundable as per the supplier’s policy.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Visa fees, insurance, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
Promotional, discounted, or last-minute deals are non-refundable once booked.
Date or name changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Amendment charges may apply depending on airline/hotel policies.
Devonic Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational reasons). In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be offered.
